Race Week Info

Packet pickup will take place at Morse Park and Beach, near the finish line, on Friday, September 29, from 4PM-9PM.  If you arrive outside the designated time for packet pickup, you may not be able to pick up your packet.  You can find directions to Morse Park and Beach at our DIRECTIONS >> Page.

* PLEASE NOTE: you will only be allowed to pickup your packet during packet pickup times – see above. Relay teams must check-in together and all members of the team must pick up their own packets. No exceptions will be made.

* All athletes are expected to pick up your packet on Friday during packet pickup, at Morse Park and Beach. If you are traveling from out of town, and your flight is not going to arrive until after designated packet pickup times, you must make special arrangements to pick up your packet. You can email tj@coachtj.com to make these special arrangements. Friday packet pickup is our responsibility, making special arrangements to pick up your packet outside of these hours is your responsibility, if you do not make these arrangements, you may not be able to pick up your packet or race.

No one but YOU can pick up your packet. You must show a valid picture ID and USAT card (if you are an annual member). There will be NO exceptions to this rule. As a sanctioned USAT race, we CANNOT allow an exception to this rule.

All participants must have a signed USAT Waiver to get their race packet. You may print one off here to bring to packet pick up or there will be copies available onsite. USAT Waiver

We will take new registrations at packet pickup, however there is NO RACE DAY registration. Race day Packet Pick-up will only be made for exceptional cases and with advance arrangements made. Please email TJ at tj@coachtj.com for more information.

Race Schedule

6:00am – Transition Area Opens
7:00am – Transition Closes
7:00am-7:15am – All Athletes Meeting
7:15am-7:30am – Pre-race Swim
7:30am – Morse Man Ultra Distance, and Open Water Swim Start (Cannon Start – TT)
7:30am – Morse Man and Ultra Duathlon Start (Cannon)
8:15PM – Morse Man Swim Start (TT)

PLEASE NOTE: Swim start is a TT start, with athletes starting approximately every 3-5 seconds. Start order will be based on estimated swim ability, and will be in bib # order. Swim times are preliminary and may change before race day. Aquabikes will start in the same wave as the triathlon of that distance.

Course Cutoff Times

9:00am – Swim (Swimmers will be pulled from the water)
1:00pm – Bike (Cyclists must obey all laws after 1PM).
3:00pm – Run (Support may be limited on the run course after this time)

PLEASE NOTE: By registering for this event you agree to adhere to the cutoff times. Due to roads being opened to the public, and permit requirements, law enforcement officers will be pulled from the bike course at 1PM. All athletes must be removed from the bike course at 1:00pm, or may continue, but MUST FOLLOW ALL TRAFFIC LAWS. By choosing to participate in this event, you agree to be removed the course at the designated times if necessary, or agree to continue, but MUST FOLLOW ALL TRAFFIC LAWS.


Need your bike shipped?

If you need to have your bike shipped to the Noblesville area for race day, Raceday Transport has partnered with the USAT to provide shipping of your bike. Contact them for further information at: http://goracedaytransport.com

Out of town participants can have their bike shipped the following bike shops, which are Noblesville Morseman Triathlon sponsors. Just give them a call to reserve your spot before shipping your equipment!
